Terrific Tuesday!

We went to Gruene Senior Living and read stories to them. The residents loved us coming over. We met a man who is going to be 100 years old in March. This man told us he wished we could come more than a thousand times. We read lots of books including our Groundhog story, Abraham Lincoln story, and our story we wrote in reading and it was fun. Paul got a new book "Chester" which he read to us. It is a funny book. We did not have science. We did spelling and we have 12 words this week. From Paul - we love Mrs. Lotz and she is our best, best friend. Have a blessed day!

Fun Friday!

How much can we get done on a half day? LOTS and LOTS!

We had PE yesterday which made it two days in a row. We had calendar time today. We have to complete a project for "Lotzland". Sixth grade put on a play for us on Wednesday. It was very good. Have a very super weekend and enjoy your day off.

Career Visit

On Tuesday, Raleigh's grandpa came to tell us about what he does in his job with NBU. We had a super time trying on all of the equipment and hearing more about electricity. Enjoy the pictures.

Happy Valentine's Day!

What a great day we had. It started with a barbershop quartet singing to Mrs. Lotz. Our reading friend, Mr. Finn, sings in this group. Mr. Lotz had them sing to Mrs. Lotz. It was awesome. Our party was great. Thanks to the Rahe family for making our valentine "basket". They were wonderful. Enjoy the pictures and never forget how much your children are loved by God and by Mrs. Lotz and all of the teachers at Cross.

Gruene Senior Living

We had the opportunity to go to Gruene Senior Living and share God's love and celebrate Valentine's Day with the residents. I touches my heart to see the residents open up to our children when some do not even talk to the staff. We had a super time and I am posting all of the pictures taken. Have a very Happy Valentine's Day!
